EXCHANGE/RETURN POLICY

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

• Return & Exchange requests are accepted within 7 days of receiving the product.
• Returned items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition with all labels, tags, and packaging.

NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS

• Products purchased on sale or through any promotional offer/discount are not eligible for return.
• However, these items may be exchanged for a different size (subject to availability).
• If the desired size is unavailable, a credit note will be issued, valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

RETURN PROCESS

• To initiate a return, please contact us at support@theluckymonk.in or via WhatsApp at  +91 9867719169 within 7 days of receiving the product.
• We offer a return pickup service, subject to availability in your area.

REFUND PROCESS

• Once your item passes a quality check at our facility, we will process your refund.
• Refunds are issued in the form of a credit note, with a validity of 6 months from the date of issue.
  
• Cash refunds are not offered.
